Matt brings 30+ years of business transformation experience and founded AI Agility, a proven corporate AI training practice. His proprietary curriculum and methodology have generated $1.26M in documented business value across 65 participants at a single organization. At Real Estate AI Institute, Matt leads company strategy, designs the hands-on training programs, and ensures every workshop delivers measurable results for real estate professionals.
Maurice is the managing broker and owner of Centered International Realty in Chicago, with nearly two decades of experience as both an active practitioner and industry leader. A past president of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and NAR-certified instructor for designations including ABR, SRS, and RENE, Maurice has trained thousands of agents across the country. At Real Estate AI Institute, Maurice helps shape the practical, hands-on direction of the training programs, combining his deep knowledge of the business with experience that helps agents see results from day one.
Brett is a Naples-based Realtor with four decades of Southwest Florida experience, over a thousand closed transactions, and deep expertise in luxury communities, new construction, and international markets. A licensed real estate instructor and past president of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Brett brings the same consultative, results-driven approach to Real Estate AI Institute, ensuring every program reflects the real-world challenges and opportunities agents face daily.
Carol brings 25 years of real estate industry expertise, including 17 years as a senior professional at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), where she led professional development and global business initiatives. With deep experience designing education programs that elevate agent performance both domestically and internationally, Carol now channels that expertise into connecting real estate professionals with the AI training they need to stay competitive. Her extensive network across the REALTOR® community and passion for results-driven education make her instrumental in bringing Real Estate AI Institute's programs to agents and brokerages nationwide.
