Maurice is the managing broker and owner of Centered International Realty in Chicago, with nearly two decades of experience as both an active practitioner and industry leader. A past president of the Chicago Association of REALTOR® and NAR-certified instructor for designations including ABR, SRS, and RENE, Maurice has trained thousands of agents across the country. At Real Estate AI Institute, Maurice leads live training delivery, combining his deep knowledge of the business with a practical, hands-on teaching style that helps agents see results from day one.

Brett is a Naples-based Realtor with four decades of Southwest Florida experience, over a thousand closed transactions, and deep expertise in luxury communities, new construction, and international markets. A licensed real estate instructor and past president of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Brett brings the same consultative, results-driven approach to Real Estate AI Institute, ensuring every program reflects the real-world challenges and opportunities agents face daily.
