Thank you for choosing the Real Estate AI Institute. This Purchase and Refund Policy outlines the terms governing all purchases made through our website and services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms described below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of workshops, programs, and related services through the Real Estate AI Institute are final. Due to the nature of our live, interactive training format and the limited seats available in each session, we do not offer cash refunds once a purchase has been completed.

We encourage you to carefully review the program description, schedule, and requirements on the relevant program page before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a program before purchasing, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you determine if the program is right for you.

2. What We Offer Instead of Refunds

We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. While we do not provide cash refunds, we are committed to ensuring that every participant receives the value they paid for. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we may, at our discretion, offer one or more of the following alternatives:

Access to Session Recordings: Where session recordings are available, we may provide you with access to the recording of the session you missed so you can benefit from the content at your convenience.

Course Materials and Resources: We may provide access to the workshop or program materials, handouts, templates, and related resources so you can review the content independently.

Complimentary Seat in a Future Session: When available, we may offer you a complimentary seat in a future session of the same workshop or program at no additional cost, subject to availability and scheduling.

These alternatives are offered at the sole discretion of the Real Estate AI Institute and are not guaranteed. We evaluate each situation individually and work to find a reasonable solution for our participants.

3. Cancellations by Real Estate AI Institute

In the event that the Real Estate AI Institute cancels a workshop, program, or session for any reason (including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or technical issues), we will offer registered participants the choice of a full refund of the applicable purchase price or a complimentary seat in a rescheduled session. If we cancel an event, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Program Transfers

Purchased seats are non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your registration to another individual without prior written approval from the Real Estate AI Institute. If you would like to request a transfer, please contact us at [email protected]. Transfer requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Brokerage and Group Purchases

Purchases made under brokerage or group training packages are subject to the specific terms outlined in the applicable agreement between the brokerage or organization and Real Estate AI LLC. In the absence of a separate written agreement, the terms of this Purchase and Refund Policy apply. If a brokerage or organization cancels a scheduled training engagement, the terms of the applicable agreement will govern any refund or rescheduling arrangements.

6. The AI-Powered Agent Program

The AI-Powered Agent Program is a multi-session bundled program that includes access to all four individual workshops, the private community, and weekly Office Hours. Enrollment in the full program is a single purchase commitment. There are no partial refunds for completing some but not all sessions of the program. The alternative accommodations described in Section 2 above apply on a per-session basis if you miss individual sessions within the program.

7. Promotional Pricing and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, launch specials, discount codes, or other special offers. These promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions as stated at the time of the offer. Promotional pricing is not retroactive and cannot be applied to prior purchases. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you submit is accurate. If a payment is declined, your registration will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access to our programs and community.
