Record, screen-capture, or otherwise capture any live workshop or program session, in whole or in part. Share, resell, or redistribute any course materials, recordings, handouts, templates, or other proprietary content provided to you as part of a workshop or program. Use any content from this Site or our programs for commercial purposes, including but not limited to offering competing training services or products.

Enrolled participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for their own personal, professional development. This license does not include the right to share materials with others, including colleagues within the same brokerage, unless they are separately enrolled participants.

7. User Conduct

Participants in our programs, community forums, WhatsApp groups, Office Hours sessions, or other interactive components agree to maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from community spaces who engages in harassment, discrimination, spam, solicitation, or conduct that disrupts the learning experience, without refund.

15. Severability
